    "Heels together, Toes apart.. Stomach in.. Shoulders broad." Most of us have heard these lines and been made to follow them at our Physical Training (P.T.) sessions back in our school times. Now that I reminisce those instructions and provide the same guidelines for the fitness enthusiasts at Bollyrobics class, I realise how blessed I was to learn the importance of a right posture from a young age.
