Exercising, on music familiar to ears, makes it easy. Fitness is camouflaged as just dance, while providing the ingredients to good health

One such fun (dreaded by many though) routine is the use of a Chair as a medium to a range of exercises. They include :

•Inner thigh exercises

•Glutes

•Squats

•Triceps and Biceps strengthening

•Use of Core

•Abdominal crunches

A right posture is an imperative factor in the exercises; also protecting the knees.
